I go here constantly...ive brung in multiple vehicles.. And literally every single time i get service immediately...its mind boggling how fast they are Most dealerships give you bare minimum otherwise.. Joe (manager) in the Braunability department ALWAYS GOES ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME Hes super genuine and loves what he does I definitely appreciate someone who appreciates me and my business Most definitely 5 stars all day long
Lauren is incredible as always. On top of the predictable excellent service, she helped me find a key I had lost in my vehicle. She always goes over and beyond and with a smile. Thank you Lauren,, stay awesome!
Could not find a drive up technician. Then finally 1 came to my vehicle. I gave the technician my name and he printed out my paperwork with scrambled words. Total unacceptable. The cashier was very pleasantly welcoming and knew her work and went above to find the technician to reset my system in my car after the oil change. More training needed from Drive-up Technician to the Garage Team for resetting vehicle system.
My experience said Jerry's Chevrolet is always great.Brandon is always so helpful and keeps me up to date with what's going on.
Very friendly, efficient, and they are respectful of your time. I do love it here. West is the best! I have noticed that Jerry’s specifically Joppa Rd location has outstanding customer service compared to some of the other local dealerships.
