I came in today (09/10) for an oil change on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler, I was immediately greeted by Chris and received service I was told the oil change and tire rotation would approximately be 2-2 1/2 hrs which I was ok with because I was a walk-in. I end up only being there for an 1 1/2 i will be back for future oil changes!
If you are looking for a wheelchair accessible vehicle see Mike Omeara at Jerry's Chevrolet. If you are eligible for a VA grant he knows the process and can walk you through it. Susan in the office was a great help as well!
Very professional
Rude Receptionist/Representative Today, I called this company to request an appraisal on my car for body work. The receptionist/representative on the line said (in a harsh tone) "I'm sorry we no longer have a Collision Center" and immediately hung up.
Service was prompt and informative.
