Took over 5 hours to do a General checkup… left waiting with no updates or anything for over 5 hours in the lobby. Never seen a business run so terribly. The guy at desk wasn’t fully at fault but it shouldn’t take over 5 hours for you to want to check on it for a customer. Absolutely disrespectful and baffling, I’d be embarrassed owning an establishment that takes care of its customers like this.
Another excellent service experience with service advisor Chris Gearity - not a complex issue - got a nail in a tire - but needed it fixed right away and Chris made it happen on no notice. Thanks, Chris and MRC!
Just finished purchasing a new EV for our family about a week ago. This dealership has by far been one of my best car-buying experiences. Diego and the entire team were fantastic professional, fast, and easy to work with. I was in and out in under an hour with a brand new vehicle. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and will definitely be returning for future business.
