Bought a Cadillac lyriq in February which went smooth. I traded in a car and paid the note a week before I bought my car. I had money left over from buying my car which Jerry’s Cadillac was suppose to send refund to my bank. This is October and I still haven’t received anything. The original sell man that sold me the car had left. Which I spoke to him several times including the gm at the time. We have been taking our Escalade ESV here since it was new. The service manager Cathy always goes above and beyond to help us out. We had a slight emergency last week with needing to get our vehicle in asap and Cathy was able to squeeze us in while also providing an emergency loaner for us in the mean time. I would highly recommend the service department here, especially when you get Cathy as your service manager!
I just recently purchased a brand new Escalade V with Jerry’s Cadillac I’ve had nothing but issues since the first week it’s been in the shop 4-5 times seems like they don’t care about customer service nobody cares about the issues being fixed or rectified.
The staff is nice, but Kathy never calls back. It’s impossible to get pricing on things because apparently she’s the only one who can give it.
