Do not waste your money at Jerry’s Cadillac here in Weatherford! I had taken my car in to get serviced because the tint looked like crap and needed to be redone along with a scrape on the rim to which I purchased the rim and wheel package as well, only for my uncommunicative sales rep Lee to take it into his own hands and tell the tint guys what he thought needed to be fixed. Kathy in Service was an ABSOLUTE ROCKSTAR!!! As a former mechanic, I've never taken a vehicle anywhere, much less a dealership. Im too busy to do the troubleshooting myself these days so i had no choice. To my surprise, they were quick, precise, and surprisingly affordable! Junior shuttled me to and from and was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Jerry's Cadillac Service. Hell, I may buy my next Cadillac here if this is the type of Customer Service I can expect! 5 STARS GUYS!!!
Having just moved here to TX , we were unsure where to go. We just happened to be driving on I20 and saw Jerry’s Cadillac. I knew I wanted a Cadillac, having lost mine after a driver flew into our lane and destroyed my ATS, and we wanted to see what was being offered. Lesha Park helped us and she was just wonderful. Bought a Cadillac lyriq in February which went smooth. I traded in a car and paid the note a week before I bought my car. I had money left over from buying my car which Jerry’s Cadillac was suppose to send refund to my bank. This is October and I still haven’t received anything. The original sell man that sold me the car had left. Which I spoke to him several times including the gm at the time. Jerry's dealership is not good, financial guy won't respond, and the Manager, defends bad sales person, if u are spending money then the dealership should respect you, this did not happen. Bad service at 2 Jerry's dealership, do not buy from them.
