my mazda had broke down with my children and I completely out of the blue. I called Jerry's and Josh was there to tow my car in 15 min! he was extreamly helpful and kind. they took my car in and where very honest and hard working they had my car fixed the same day for a very reasonable price. Josh, the mechanic and the women in the office are all phenomenal. I will only be going here from here on out! I recommend to anyone! THANK YOU JERRYS!
I need towing service for my truck. Zach was amazing. Very professional. On time and understanding. If you ever need towing service this is A-1 service. I HIGHLY recommend.
I purchased a boat in Spanaway yesterday. My truck made it as far as Fife on my way home to Lake Stevens before having mechanical issues. I had a friend come pick up the boat and called AAA. Rob, the driver that picked me and my truck up, worked quickly, was courteous, very professional and put a strong emphasis on safety. Without reservation, I would recommend Jerry's Automotive and Towing.
If you get a service done by these people make sure they run your card. The drivers WILL forget to turn in the paperwork and try to charge you for the next two months and then try to send you to collections. Piss poor way to run a business and the better business bureau needs to find out about there practice. They will get a phone call from me in the morning.

HORRIBLE business ethics. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Go somewhere else.
