⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would. I had one of the scariest moments of my life on the road today. I was driving from Oakville when I suddenly realized my tire had gone completely flat — on the freeway, with cars flying past me, honking and pointing at the wheel. I knew it was dangerous, but there was nowhere safe to stop, so I kept going slowly until I could get off at Waterdown Street and Plains Road in Burlington. I have been a customer for a quite a while now, they are top notch with all facets of the business, they try not to fire the parts cannon and are the old fashioned diagnose before replace type of technicians. My extended family has been using Jerry's since Jerry himself owned the business. Dave, the current owner and his family always knock the ball out of the park with fair, honest and transparent repair pricing/services. Overall, an incredibly positive member of the Aldershot community.

My family has been going to Jerry’s for over 8 years no issues until recently. Absolutely disgusting service from the elderly reception staff Leslie, at this garage. Poor communication skills, constant attitude, threatened me on the phone, said she “cannot wait to see me” when I pick my car up, after two days of them keeping my vehicle, and $2000+ in work. Leslie has terrible customer service skills, rude and terrible tone to myself, my mother, and sister. Jerry is great, Dave is great but his wife is terrible. Do not bring ... read more

Honest and hard-working folks in the Aldershot community. Leslie got me in and got me fixed up for a fraction of the price that I was quoted at the dealer. Dave showed me the broken part he fixed and best of all they fixed me up in a few minutes. I've never gone to a private mechanic before and I wish I had taken the leap sooner!
