Jerry’s got to me in 20 minutes. Smokey was the nicest guy and he got the job done swiftly. He was courteous and professional. I high recommend.
They are major scam artists
Jerry's staff was prompt, professional and courteous. They were able to get my car on a flatbed after Bellmore Towing failed to do so. If I ever need a tow again I will request them.
My car was illegally parked at HabourView Shoppes 1500-1530 Old Northern Blvd, Roslyn NY last night and was towed by Jerry’s Towing Services to his shop located at 92 Powerhouse Rd, Roslyn Hgts, NY. What I don’t understand is how my total bill added up to $298.72 when my car was only towed 3.2 miles and was not on his premises for more than 12 hours. Jerry's towing is the most corrupt business in Roslyn, N.Y. It prowls the neighborhood hoping someone may be a few minutes over their 15 minutes. Tows them for $300 plus storage fee in their yard. if you can catch them in the act.....they will make a deal for $100 cash....even his workers can't be trusted. The owner is the most obnoxious, foul man that I have ever met..... need I say more

THE WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER!!!!! THE RACIST DRIVER THEY SENT TO HELP ME WAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST
Although I have never had the "opportunity" (thankfully) to have been involved with this company...I believe the negative reactions and experiences that have been broadcast throughout social media. I sincerely think Jerry's Towing would be well served to reconsider how he presents himself to customers, a little compassion goes a looong way in stressful situation.
