Best appliance shop in in Madison county. Mr. Jerry stands by all his merchandise. I have purchased multiple appliances over the years and if there EVER was a problem he would help to resolve the issue or replace the unit entirely with something else. Jerry is a very fair and honest Christian man who would cheat no one.. if you want the Best appliances for the most affordable price in West Tennessee you should visit Mr. Jerry. On the u tube video and when you visit the shop the word gaurantee is used frequently. This word to Jerry's means I need you to buy an appliance I have NO intention of standing behind. Less than a month after purchasing my washer from this location it stopped working when I went to talk to the business I was told I broke it.... Really guys? a Maytag and a single lady washing apt. 12 loads. consumer BEWARE!!!!

Rude. . Said he would come back if freezer was not fixed. Would not return to make repair good. Don't call them.

I would highly recommend going somewhere else for business. I have never been treated like that before. One of the men working there asked if I needed any help. I asked a simple question in which I received a sarcastic response. I was in shocked that anyone would talk to a potential customer that way. He kept repeating the sarcastic remark to me- I guess because I had that shocked look on my face like I was not understanding.
