They were supposed to be at my house to fix my washer last Wednesday and never showed, they said they would come today and haven’t showed and when I call, they tell me the earliest they can come is July 1st?! I’m not going 2 and a half weeks without a washer. Screw Jerry’s appliance and their service! It sucks! I would never recommend them for anything.

A technician from Jerry's appliance repair came out on 10/2 and told us the motor on our 3 month old washer was out. A new motor was ordered, and we had to wait. Our serviceman was supposed to return to fix the washer on 10/4 or 10/5. He showed up on 10/5 and said that the motor was not the problem after all. We were told the washer would be fixed on 10/8 or 10/9. Today, 10/10, they called my husband to inform him that it will now be next week before the washer is repaired. This is unacceptable!
