Unhappy customer We had a new roof installed 2 years ago and never was given any receipt. In the process of changing homeowner's insurance, I called them and asked for a copy of the work they had done. I was told every day for two weeks that the paper was in the truck and he would leave it in the mailbox. I even said I would gladly pick it up at their office and he said no. Jerry Wilson's Roofing is... This roofer will not honor his own written 10-year workmanship guarantee. Jerry Wilson and his crew put a new roof on my home in December of 2008. In early May 2009 I personally spoke with Jerry about several loose shingles above my chimney cricket. He told me he would come out that week and make the repair, but he never showed up.
