Big thanks to Kodie for saving us a ton of money and trouble. We were about to spend a good chunk of money with another company, who wasn’t able to make it out for another day or two. After talking with Kodie late in the afternoon, he made a trip that same evening to help us out. After spending $90 with another company for just the service call, they diagnosed a bad pump. Luckily Kodie took the time to troubleshoot our equipment himself and found a much smaller, less expensive problem. Had the water on for us within minutes.... read more
