Unprofessional and disrespectful. I called to make an offer, but before I could even say a word, I was told “based on your voice, it’ll be a low offer” and then got hung up on. I wasn’t even given a chance to speak. Making assumptions like that is unacceptable, and frankly, discriminatory. I would never do business with someone who treats potential buyers this way.
Jerry is an exceptional realtor who consistently goes above and beyond. Despite entering the market during a slower season, his hard work and dedication helped us secure a buyer with only a 5% price reduction. Jerry is always professional, attentive to our needs, and made himself available even while traveling internationally.
