The owners were extremely rude to me from the first moment I walked in. I was visibly upset and crying after waiting over 30 minutes for my appointment. The owner, Mr. Walker I assumed, proceeded to berate me for wasting his time, asked me at one point to leave his office and never come back and had NO clue how to handle a crisis. I walked out feeling worse than before & I was charged full price (over $200 for less than 30 minutes) for that “session” by a “professional “.
