Terrible experience, called my insurance before making appointment, insurance told us his office accepted our insurance, called his office verified with woman who answered the phone that they accepted our insurance. Made an appointment, after attending appointment, got a bill, contacted office because we had paid our co-pay at appointment. After going back and forth, office did not submit bill to insurance but turned us over to collection agency.....one appointment turned into over $1100.00.
