Dr. Grimes and his staff were excellent in all aspects of my ankle replacement surgery. From the preop appointments to the surgery and recovery to follow up visits up to a year I was treated with respect and concern. Requests on the patient portal were addressed in a timely manner. I would recommend Dr. Grimes highly.
Everybody from the onset to the follow up is caring. I’ve probably had 15 or so significant surgeries in my life but this staff was the first to send me a get-well card. At least half a dozen people had hand-written personal notes to me.
Dr Grimes is great !!!! I have recommended him to several!! Goes through all information and explains what he is planning and asked about my concerns.
Dr. Grimes was excellent from the initial consult through the post-surgical follow-up. I will use him again for my next surgery. Highly recommend.
Dr Grimes is definitely a Professional I enjoyed seeing. He was straightforward and informational. So glad I got to see him and his staff. Overall good experience.
Without doubt the WORST doctor I've ever encountered. I had to have surgery to repair a crushed foot during COVID. Dr. Grimes installed the wrong hardware, left out one of the bones from the internal fixation, and installed unnecessary hardware in another location. Despite repeated requests that he address the bone that was "left out", he ignored me until my final appointment - at which point he said "well, it looks like I left one out. No need to return unless you are ready for me to do another surgery"...are you kidding me... read more
Dr Grimes has treated me with a lot of respect. He doesn’t treat you like a number. He goes out of his way to explain and show you . Your own X-ray and explains what he found and what need to be done. He takes his time and make sure you understand everything he explains to you. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my ankles. He deserves more
