Was there for service on my Kia Seltos. The service department was very professional and kept me updated on everything. While waiting I noticed a Telluride on the showroom floor, Josh the Salesman approached me while looking at it. For kicks had him run the numbers, they were great with a discount to boot. I purchased my KIA Sportage in January 2026. My Salesman Michael Flaherty went above and beyond to meet my needs. We sat with the Finance Guy and gave him our mailing address four times. Everything went smoothly until I did NOT receive my plates before my temporary ones expired. I called Jerry Seiner and asked about them. Come to find out they put the wrong mailing address on my paperwork and was told “There is nothing they can do”. I went to the DMV and yes my plates were delivered to the wrong address. I just bought a car there and Menzie was very kind and helped me a lot. The best choice :)
Violated Fair Lending Acts and Laws stating I needed to buy GAP and Warranty products to obtain my financing. Which were through the roof, almost $4,300. Spoke with attorneys to confirm this is against better lending practices. When trying to work this out I was put on a back burner and left idle. Yes, they may say I wasn't able to provide POI in which I sent what I had and was pre qualified with. DONT GO THROUGH THEM, BAIT AND SWITCH. Filing formal complaints tomorrow.
