Hands down the worst experience I've ever experienced in my business career. We had to have our isuzu truck towed in after it broke down on the freeway. After 2 days of no updates I had to call several times to get anything other than the answering machine. When I finally got a hold of someone in service they told me that they did not have our truck at all! Very Disappointed – Worst Experience with Isuzu Dealership I am extremely frustrated with the lack of professionalism at this dealership. Our truck has been sitting in their shop for months, and despite numerous calls to follow up, we have not received a single callback. We have a warranty on the truck, but it feels like it's been completely useless since the dealership has done nothing to resolve the issue.
