I’m so glad I found Jerry Seiner Chevrolet — it’s such a relief to have found a reliable and trustworthy place locally. Like the service, but it the time I told my car be ready 1pm it was not.I pickup my car around 5:30pm that day.
Your service department doesn’t answer the phone. None of them. Purchased the car brand new. Days before someone calls me back that they are working gonna the car. I told them it was oil. This said it could be transmission fluid. They apparently don’t know the difference between the two. Brand new vette. Still the oil leaks out the entire bottom. Then they diagnose. It don’t do it right. So they order more parts another week later and you have my car for weeks. Blaming parts but the misdiagnosis probably stalled everything. ... read more
