Jerry Steiner Chevrolet provided the worst service I've ever had on a vehicle. Had a shimmy in the right front tire. Brought my 2023 Bolt in for diagnosis and repair. First of all I didn't get a response to my texts for over a day. Had to call Dan personally to get a response. Diagnosis was that I needed an alignment. Approved the alignment but had to call to get a quote. Received no call when the repair was done. Had to call for that.
