Transmission fluid replacement service was performed as expected. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was being charged over $200 more than I was told when I dropped the vehicle off. There wasn't a call letting me know it was going to be more or that extra services may be necessary. Jacob Garner was great. Although I didn’t end up buying he was patient and did not pressure me as I went on several test drives. He listened to what I was asking for and never tried to push anything on me that didn’t fit what I was looking for.
