Went for a scheduled oil change and new battery. Tok truck in a half hour before my appointment. Waited for 15 minutes before a service rep came out to get me in. Prices were on my service ticket I just needed to verify that the 199.95 battery was the Gold 42 month. Jeremy got on phone and contacted another department to verify.
