I’ve had direct, personal service from Jerry and his staff for 15+ years. They’ve been terrific and I’ve recommended him to many friends.
Terrible customer service. Calls and emails are never returned but if I'm finally able to speak to someone, they make promises to call me back and never do. I've missed out on discounts that I should have been receiving since 2021. In my last attempt to get an answer from Jerry Murdock and/or his admin support, I've been trying since 2/26/2024 to get an answer and/or resolution about my policy and now, two months later, nothing.
