At first I was very thankful for this office for getting me in fast as a new patient. However after going for over a year , I was constantly battling to get my prescriptions for my injections. They would send the wrong ones or there would be poor communication through the staff and the speciality pharmacy. It was constant chaos. I would spend days trying to correct their mistakes and try to get the ball rolling so I didn’t have to keep waiting for my own medication.
