You get towel dry and enough polishing waxes and sealants to guarantee the cleanest, shiniest car in Cleveland. Full service interior cleaning is available from 8am-6pm, seven days / week. Detailing is available by appointment.

Took our car to get full interior detailed, when we made the appt they said it would take 2 hrs. We dropped the car off at 9am and didn’t hear from them and they weren’t answering their phones. We drove over to check on the car and they told us another 30 minutes. Three hours passed, no call. It’s 5pm and we drove up AGAIN and now they’re saying the car won’t start and the key needs a new battery and that they “just” finished “cleaning” it when at 1:50 they said only 30 more min. Every time I'm anywhere close to Kwik, I have to stop and get a car wash. I'm an east-sider so I can't visit as often as I'd like... but there's something about their wash... it's ALWAYS cleaner and the wax/top coat seems thicker + more shiny. Anyways - I highly recommend. I wish there was a Kwik on my side of town because they do a better job than the car wash I have a subscription at locally AND they’re less expensive, too!

Merry Christmas to you 🎄 just wanted to say I came in today from Avon and got the works done. My car was filthy as I also have a home on a dirt road on Kelleys Island where I live from May-December. I think half the dirt from that road was inside my car 😢 but the service was outstanding, and the young man and young lady who did my interior were VERY thorough and professional. I’ve been a longtime customer of this local business and decided to continue to support them during the pandemic despite the fact that I wasn’t using their services. I have their Protection plan and there’s definitely a difference between the Basic plan and the Protection plan. I encourage everyone to get their car washed here because service is superb and their staff is professional and friendly.

Asked to have my car totally detailed. The kid Charged me a good amount of money but when I received my car back The outside mirrors weren’t cleaned, the front was barely vacuumed and the back was not touched. When I questioned the poor service I was told that’s what I get for what I paid. My friend really did not want to go there because there a was to many kids working there and we got that type of job. I would never go back again.
Took my car there in Nov purchased 1month of washes .My beautiful black Camaro got all scratched up .I reported /filed a claim .I never took my car back there .Now they state they'd buff out the scratches that aint happened yet .But now a month later they are trying to charge me another month took the cash from bank .Now I paid 50 dollars to get my car washed ONCE and scratched up.Say they wont refund me .What customer service 100% satisfaction lol .Now why wouldnt they cancel my account after complaint like Im going to wash... read more
