On 2/10 I contacted the emergency service line. The gentleman I spoke to was very kind and understanding. I explained that I had been gone all day at work (I work 12 hour shifts), picked up my 14 month old daughter after work and returned to a house that was 58 degrees and continuing to get colder. Prior to making the appointment, I made him aware of the year and model of my furnace as well as that it was installed by another company, not Jerry Kelly. Korey T. came out on a dreadfully hot day at 8 pm after presumably a long day and provided great service. He was very thorough and kindly walked us through the process and carefully completed the job. He did an excellent job and it was very appreciated!!
