Michelle is very nice, everything is kept very clean and I appreciate that they are strict about how the apartments and duplexes are kept, especially outside. I understand that Michelle manages more than just this property, and can be hard at times to track down, but is always prompt in returning messages and emails. It is very family friendly and quiet so far, and we are enjoying living there very much. The maintenance man, Rich, is very competent and prompt- but not overwhelmingly friendly.
