Office staff needs customer service training. Called to ask a simple question and was told “we are too busy right now.”
Amazing doctor! He is highly skilled and efficient in his work, though it would be helpful if he could take a bit more time to explain things thoroughly. Nonetheless, his expertise and level of care are exceptional, and he's a great (and board-certified) professional. However, I must mention that the front office staff needs improvement. Each member has their own attitude, which creates an unpleasant experience. The referral department, receptionist, and office manager are part of this issue.
