Called twice for a quote on a motorcycle. No kne was willing to help me in the first call. My second inquiry I was told an agent was to call me later. Thus was three weeks ago. I have had Jerry Hayes as my insurer for over 12 years for my other vehicles under Proresive Insurance. As of today I have had no call back. StateFarm covered me in less then 30 minutes. That is why I gave a low rating for Jerry Hayes insurance.
I called so many insurance trying to get 1 million liability coverage and no company answered except Jerry hays. I got a quote today and it was cheaper than what I was paying at pyramid
My mom and dad have used this company for as long as I can remember. I called Jerry Hay and spoke with both Jeniffer Watada, underwriter and Errol Hopkins, agent and they were able to offer me a new and updated homeowner policy within 24 hours. Thank-you for such professional and prompt service!
They are always on point and get back to you With the quickness 🤙
Please do research before using this company. My agent usually takes about a month to respond back to me and isn’t very helpful. If you own a business and.need to get things done in a timely efficient manner, please find another company because this is not the one. They are unresponsive otherwise.
