WOW is all I can say! My husband and I stopped in to JH Audio in Orlando to day and we had the opportunity to meet and talk with Kyle and Gonzalo and the professional service and kindness in taking care of our problem was a 10/10 or simply A+. We were taken on a tour of the building to see what goes into making these great ear pieces and it was AWESOME to meet and see some of their staff ( all very kind). This is an great company to do business with and their products are worth every penny❤️
These IEMs are phenomenal and custom molds are definitely the way to go for any serious musician! Shout out to the customer service department (Michelle) for getting my ears remolded and shipped back to me so quickly! Her and Kyle are the best to work with! 5/5 communication and effort.
I would first like to acknowledge how amazingly thorough and seamless this whole process has been! I would like to note that I have yet to receive my custom in-ears, but I know they will be perfect when I do. To anyone reading the bad reviews, know that there are always two sides to every story and I would not take those reviews to heart. As in simple terms, they are small company with a huge following.
