Horrible customer support...I'll have to see if the IEMs are any good.
I am extremely frustrated with my experience with the repairs side of JH Audio. When I initially placed my order and paid in full, I had no issues receiving my item. However, since sending it in for repair, the service has been completely unacceptable. I paid for the repair on January 20, including FedEx 2-Day shipping, yet here we are today, and my order still hasn’t shipped. Terrible build quality and customer support... I should have listened to the reviews on various audiophile blogs. I received a pair of IEMs with significant defects. When I emailed JH Audio they replied with a single sentence, "That model is discontinued." Nothing about an exchange or credit towards a newer model, I guess they have no interest in building a long term customer. Bought JH for years. Very recently the Sharonas. Just wanted to say I’ve received great service all the way from the UK - Thank you to Jules, AJ, Cody and the rest of the team who make these amazing works of art. Much love!
Very unhappy with their customer support. After buying over 7k in sets for our team you get treated like Garbage when it comes for repairs. Unless your on their artist list expect to have little to no support.
