Horrible customer support...I'll have to see if the IEMs are any good.
I am extremely frustrated with my experience with the repairs side of JH Audio. When I initially placed my order and paid in full, I had no issues receiving my item. However, since sending it in for repair, the service has been completely unacceptable. I paid for the repair on January 20, including FedEx 2-Day shipping, yet here we are today, and my order still hasn’t shipped. Terrible build quality and customer support... I should have listened to the reviews on various audiophile blogs. I received a pair of IEMs with significant defects. When I emailed JH Audio they replied with a single sentence, "That model is discontinued." Nothing about an exchange or credit towards a newer model, I guess they have no interest in building a long term customer.
