Dangerous negligence Botched root canal for abscess, most pain in my entire life. After Hours Rep refused to call us back. Staff discriminated due to tattoos, repeatedly stating they couldn’t prescribe anymore pain meds when we hadn’t asked for any. All we wanted was for Hancock to finish what he started because anyone that knows abscesses knows that if you were successful, the patient probably isn’t at a level 10 pain four days later as he is being admitted to ER. No follow up call. Will be taking to court.
