Arrogant Jerks at this Place & Demeaning to women everywhere F+++ This place is the worst when it comes to servicing your car. They freak-in lost my car and then proceeded to tell me it was because it was one number off from another very distinct same car make and model and color. Anyone believe that crap? Not a trustworthy place at all.
Jerry Hamm Chevrolet Inc is great! I was so pleased with the way I was treated the day I went to Jerry Hamm because the night before I went to the other place on cassat and received poor service from the sales person. So we were very pleased with Roger and they way he handled us buying 2 chevy's from you. We have personally recommended him and the Jerry Hamm dealership already to several of our friends. Great price on the Silverado Truck ! We never really thought about shopping at the older Jerry Hamm Dealership on Phillips highway. Their showroom / facility are not as bright and shiny as those slick dealerships -- but that is because they now how to do things the old fashioned RIGHT way . NO SLICK STUPID sales men ....these salesmen have been there for 30+ years and know what they are doing. This is the best dealership I have ever had the privilege to do business with. Don Proctor is a fantastic salesman and I consider him a friend. Paula and the rest of the service staff is always attentive and does everything they can to ensure my service is done promptly.
Great old fashioned dealership – I normally hate auto salesmen but these guys actually know their stuff. All of them have been there for many years and know what they are talking about in terms of a quality car. I highly recommend anyone looking for a new Chevy to get over to Jerry Hamm. They aren't as glitzy as the other dealerships but they will give you fair prices.
