I won’t use Jerry and Scotty again. I hired them to put in a Rinnai tankless hot water heater. Firstly, they somehow got water into a bin of Christmas decorations that was next to the hot water heater. I had to throw them all away, as I did not discover it for 2 weeks and the contents smelled awful. (I do not have a roof leak.) The worst part, though, is that they used another brand’s crossover valve, the wrong spring valve, and did not know that the City of Atlanta requires an expansion tank for safety purposes.
