Beautiful home well constructed should consider them if you are building a new home.
Jerry Fedewa showed us a 3 bedroom townhome that he had for rent, in the Haslett area, but, decided to not move forward with us, because he said we had too many drivers in the household, (4). Since when does that matter, to get into a rental? Is that something new? I told him we had 2 vehicles, which there’s enough parking for 2 vehicles. But, he kept sighing and acting like he didn’t want to show us the property when we first got there anyway. I wouldn’t recommend his business to anyone.
I Don’t recommend Jerry or his company , if your in need of a rental unit!
Building a home, let alone a customized smart home, can be stressful but the Fedewa builders made the process highly organized and thoughtful which took the stress out of the process. Their attention to detail is exceptional.This family of talented, hard working individuals and their contractors are all professional, timely, and very communicative.
