The office staff and Nurse were all just friendly and helpful. Dr. Floro was awesome! He is kind and takes his time asking questions and listens. He thanked us for coming in to see him. I’ve never ever had a doctor say that. He seemed to genuinely care about my mom.

I first met Dr. Floro in June of this year. After having CHF for just over a decade, I finally found an amazing, sincere, wonderful, funny, humble doctor who genuinely cares. You deserve recognition as "doctor of the year", every year. He has shown me it was not a fluke, as my second visit with him for a cardiac test proves he is the real deal.
