We were approved for a rental property through him and we were very much looking forward to settling in with our little family. There was an addendum that they refused to provide/explain the details regarding the pool and in turn last minute said he wouldn't rent to us. He treated us poorly in the end unfortunately - hung up on us and was just rude.
