Had rude interactions when they couldn’t fix my car and have called multiple times and nobody called me back
I called today specifically to see if I needed to make an appointment to get an estimate I was told no and to come in and speak to someone named Chris, I rush over on my lunch break and get told the guy isn’t even there and they don’t do estimates when it rains???? Like okay that would have been great to know when I called before hand and drove all the way there.
If I could give zero I absolutely would!!!! Zero communication unless you call yourself. The vehicle will not be ready when they tell you, expect it to be at least a week to 2 weeks after what they tell you. And if you have to have electrical work they contract that out to another shop and drive your vehicle there without notifying you. I just happen to see my car driving in town to know that one. Probably better off taking it to a dealership in the metroplex or a body shop outside of Granbury.
I had more confidence in my vehicle while it was damaged than after this place touched it. Almost returned it to me before it was even repaired. ‘Oh, noticed there was front end damage’ (?!) Then the day i picked it up, it was missing over a dozen fasteners which were sitting on the passenger seat. They fixed that quickly but it seemed to be an every day normal occurrence.
