Generous portions, reasonably priced, comfortable setting.
I've been eating here since the 80's. Never been disappointed. If I had to pick a top selection to suggest on the menu it would be the pork chops. The best anywhere I've been. However, it's all good. Best server is Veronica, ask for her.
No fancy, not haute cousine, not overly pretentious organic continental fare. Just very good tavern food for a great price with a traditional menu that is always consistent. Also the prime rib is really quite good and amazingly low priced as are the drinks. For my money its the best tavern meal to be had in the Baltimore area.
First time i ever had an issue with jerry d's since i usually order turkey burgers. Ordered a blue burger and the blue cheese tasted floured down.
