Do NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT rent any properties from him! He did no pre inspection upon move in and then had the audacity to charge me for damages that were there prior to me occupying his property. He is a con artist to keep your security deposit. He will not come fix anything wrong with his properties but instead patch it to last longer. And he popped up numerous times unannounced. Save yourself the headache and DO NOT RENT FROM HIM!
