Thanks to thw Shottenkirk Service Department, especially Sami, for fixing the pretty significant repair to my Ridgeline. Sami kept me informed, and acknowledged that, me being out of town & waiting for my truck to get fixed, kept me informed on the status of the work & sent the courtesy car to pick me up from my hotel when it was done.
From the moment I arrived to the service department I was greeted with a friendly warm welcome. I was then escorted to Scott Rockett’s office, who treated me as if I was the only person who mattered. He was very thorough, friendly and even jovial. I had to leave my vehicle overnight, but he ensured that I had a ride to my other vehicle and I was kept informed about the work being done from start to finish.
