The entire experience was much simpler than vehicle purchases in the past with other car dealers/lots. The entire process was 2 hours! They worked with me on my trade in and final purchase price. My salesman, Rowe Ragland, was awesome! Helpful attitude, kind, hardworking, 5 stars! John Peltz made the finance and purchase a breeze. I will definitely do business again in the future.
Thanks to JP and sales manager Steve for not bothering to call me back after our initial calls and texts. It gave me an opportunity to find another Honda dealer that had the color vehicle my wife wanted and was willing to deal on it. Hope this gets to your GM so they can see they’re losing business by not returning calls and texts.
The recall repair was great but they didn't fix the tire low pressure alarm.
