The entire team was welcoming and professional from start to finish. Everyone I interacted with was kind and on the ball. And Deb especially stood out. She took time to check in, explained what she could, and even brought a bit of warmth and humor when it was needed most. Truly appreciated : )
Just want to say this medical centre in Pickering is simply outstanding. From all the staff and volunteers. They are kind, caring and give amazing patient attention. Had my colonoscopy today and can't say enough. The building itself is so very clean and easy to maneuver.
Appreciate having an urgent care option available, especially when you need medical attention quickly. However, it can be difficult to get an appointment with a family doctor, which often means ending up seeing a different doctor at an after-hours clinic. Note: paid parking
Deb the volunteer went above and beyond to make my Father’s experience wonderful. Her positive and helpful demeanor made my(daughter) time stress free as well! Thank you for making my Father feel special and taken care of so well!❤️
