Dr. Jerry Chow is the most thorough and hard working doctor I have ever met, he explains everything to you so you can understand what is taking place with your health care. I feel blessed to have been referred to him by Dr. Rizzo. I believe my medical outcome may not have been as favorable with another surgeon. Thank you Dr Chow.
It amazes me that people online want to troll Dr. Chow and his office hiding behind the computer screen. My family has now had 4 generations go to him from Breast Cancer, to lacerations, to carpal tunnel surgeries and he is nothing short of a miracle worker. To the reviewer about listening to what you wanted to do, maybe he's the doctor and might know what's actually best for your condition. I know Dr. Google automatically gives you an MD, but I would trust Dr. Chow with my life!
After meeting with doctor. I called the office to scheudel the surgery I was advised to call back next day because nurse was out of office and she does the scheduling. Deb the manager is very rude and went out of her way so that we would not schedule surgery. This office needs to be investigated she lied to my insurance company about diagnoiss and codes.
This doctor has no bed side manner and I found him to be strange in his approach. I went to see this doctor for his specialty, which is hand surgery. My overall health is good and has been good all along. He did very little examination of the area for which I came to see him, but instead chose to focus on my entire health history. He was acting like he was my primary care doctor, instead of a surgical specialist. He does not listen to the patient and I will never see him again.
The first visit, I was able to get in early. The second he was about an hour behind. When all is said and done, I can wait the hour to receive great health care. Dr. Chow and his staff were friendly and answered every question I had.
