The team @ Gaw/ Bernhardt are slum-lords in disguise. At first impression, you will think they are going to be great. Moved into new appt after paying $1600 (deposit & 1st month). Was not told there would be no TV or internet service available for months. Appts @ Myleigh ave were clearly built on swampy land. Always water standing in grass and appt smelt like John Gacy's crawlspace.
