I had the BEST day here! Found the car I wanted to look at online, I was contacted right away and scheduled a test drive. I fell in love with that car as soon as I saw it. From start to finish (about 1 hr) at Biggers I felt at ease and the staff here were Wonderful to work with! I will recommend them to everyone for sure!

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Very easy drop off process. Was a really nice waiting room. The dealer changed my oil and even washed my car! Had a great experience at Biggers Chevrolet and will be back.
I went to trade in my car and had hoped to leave with a new car. Unfortunately, I have no credit history. But the salesman, Major Mitchell was outright outstanding!! He, his store manager, and the finance manager worked so hard to help me out. I recommend going to Biggers. I would ask to speak with Major but it seemed everyone there was very professional and helpful.
