We rent a trailer from this guy in a park in Athens Tennessee. We've been here two years, with our porch, as well as those of the trailers around us is rotten. Jerry refuses to fix them. He just has a coat of cheap indoor paint slapped on by some tweaker who will do it for peanuts every few years. There are 20 trailers in this park that rent for an average of $500 per month. Doesn't like to fix things wrong with the house. I paid rent on time for 2 years. In the meantime we broke 2 doors, cheap trailer doors, he is only returning a quarter of the damage deposit. Not a very fair landlord. Also refused to fix rodent issues due to abandoned houses nearby. I would think twice before renting from him.
