You don’t need an appointment (you couldn’t make one if you wanted to) and there will be a wait… but Dr. Wishik is THE BEST internist around. He is very thorough - he does blood work (multiple types to look for a lot of stuff), he does EKGs, ECGs, and chest X-rays (for a first line of defense for lung cancer), Pap smears, prostate exams, and more. I took my daughter to see Dr Wishik recently and I was very impressed with his and his staff professionalism and caring attitude. They treated us like family. He is very thorough and did a great job in taking care of her. Throughout my career as a physician I have not seen as many competent and dedicated physicians like him.
I went in to the clinic for the first time today for sinus issues and was very pleased. Dr Wishik was very thorough in my exam, he and the staff are very nice and caring. I plan to make him my new Primary Dr.
Dr. Wishik is Truly a doctor and not a pill pusher. He takes the time to diagnose you. You may think the wait is long until he spends ample amounts of time with you to get to your issue.
What a waste of time. I schedule a zoom appt for 1PM which was confirmed. 1:20 comes around and no call, so I call the office and the front office lady didn’t even know who I was. After 2 holds and a few minutes of research, she found me. All she could say was “I’m sorry we got busy. I have seen Dr. Jerry Wishik four times now following a stroke. He was not my doctor at the time. (In fact, I had NO doctor at the time.) His office is on ground level with plenty of free parking. The staff members were cordial, friendly, professional; I was quite pleased with them. As to Dr. Wishik himself, he was warm and professional and thorough. Was a rotten offive staf toke my mother to see him his staff refused to see her he could have prevented her ftom dyong she had a the following morning in hospital of s secere sroke a weeek she was dead thanks alot
I’ve been in Dr Wshik office a few times, even though I’ve waited for a while, it’s completely worth it. He explains and treat you very well. He answers you questions and listens. He is very pro active toward the patient concerns or doubts. His personnel is really nice. So I prefer to wait and be treated without any hurries or time frame. Quality over quantity!
We love Dr. Wishik and the staff. We are new transplants (Jan 2019) to the area and wanted a primary care physician close to where we live. We found Dr. Wishik very thorough, keen on follow up and keeps promises. Record keeping is precise, well organized and accessible. The staff is courteous, friendly, professional and competent. I don't think we could ask for a better health care provider. We don't mind the wait time; it is offset by quality care giving.
