If you have a maintenance emergency they will make you wait a day before coming out like one time my heater went out and it was during winter with a disabled mom they made me wait til the next day
They real triflin these apartments was built in 1985 why isn’t anything updated !!!? Warren the owner is racist,lazy and refuse to update the apartments to better appliances and a maintenance team. They have a roach infestation and haven’t did nothing about it.
Nice place to live, great community & great maintenance team
