This property is amazing. The manager and all the staff are wonderful and very helpful. My family and friends who live here are very happy. I highly recommend it.
Living at Jerron Place Apartments for 2 years I have seen the quality of life that a family can have in this community. The management team including maintenance are always friendly and professional. As a courtesy management provides light bulbs AC filters and if any issue in the apartment maintenance comes in the same day and takes care of the problem. Many of my friends live in this community
The application and move-in process were smooth and stress-free which deserves an extra star if I could add one. The maintenance team is quick and reliable whenever something is needed. It’s been an easy and pleasant place to settle into.
Very clean property and the apartments are very spacious!
If you have a maintenance emergency they will make you wait a day before coming out like one time my heater went out and it was during winter with a disabled mom they made me wait til the next day
