I was a patient of Dr Vitek at Emory University. I was also a patient of Dr DeLong, one of Dr Vitek's colleagues. I can only give the highest of praises to these two doctors for giving me a life back from what I could only picture as being lost. I would highly recommend Dr Vitek to anyone suffering from a movement disorder. I suffered from Dystonia at the age of 37 and had 3 pallodotomies, which I opted for over the DBS surgeries.
