Jerrod was an exceptional realtor. We were very happy with him. He was knowledgeable and informative. He answered all of our questions and gave us excellent advice at every step of the process. He responded right away when we called or texted or emailed him. Since we were out of the state for most of the process he went to each property we picked and videoed each and walked through all aspects. All his recommendations were excellent.
