Does not follow the VA guidelines for establishing an appraised value. You can go back 1 year but 1 of the 4 needs to be within the past 6 months. At the same time you also need to find true comparables and be able to define true costs. A 2400 sq ft wooden structure outbuilding with a concrete floor is worth more than $14,000. Especially when you assign the value of a single car garage at $7,500 and if the appraiser does not know how to assign a value to an outbuilding well they need to acquire the education. One of the worst appraisal companies i have ever dealt with. Does not follow VA recommended guidelines for comps and needs to learn the definition of the word “comparable”. Used comparables that were 1 yr old instead of within the past 6 months. Does not know how to assess values to pole barns. Assed a value of a 2400 sq ft pole barn at $14,0000. I would give negative stars if i could but they have to get one the way this system is set up.
