Very short waiting time. Staff are very friendly and Dr Herod explains options and why he recommends certain approaches to treatment
Dr. Herod was dismissive and not supportive of finding a diagnosis for what was going on with me. It was only after I insisted on a specific test that I was able to get a diagnosis and begin correct treatment.
I am a new patient of Dr Herod and chose him because of the outstanding medical schools and residency/fellowship programs he attended. You have to be excellent to get into John Hopkins, Duke and Yale. He also has a caring bedside manner and listened to my concerns. He immediately detected an issue that had previously been undiagnosed and educated me on why more tests are needed so we can plan appropriate treatment. I feel I will receive excellent care from Dr Herod.
