Jerry and his team are kind, caring and professional! It’s clear that they take great pride in their work and the finished product! I loved how he made sure the insurance company covered only factory Mercedes parts. He even got me a refund on my car seat! Thank you Jerry!
I recently got into a accident, my front hood and everything in it was damaged. I saw my car today, amazing! It will look like new when it is finished later this week. Jerome explained everything to me in plain English. He is so great! If you ever need bodywork, this is the person you need to speak to even if you have someone to do the work, compare him to what you know and you will also be blown away! The BEST PLACE TO TAKE YOUR CAR EVER!!! I cannot say enough about Jerry, Mike and Jerome! The quality of the work is beyone amazing AND they did it with honesty and integrity. I was waiting to rescue my puppy from northshore animal league and charging my phone when my car died in the parking lot across the street. The gentlemen in there were really sweet and helped me out with a smile on their face! Not everywhere will do that for someone that isn't even one of the regular customers.
