Owner knows nothing about window replacement but he will sure tell you how busy he is. Don’t waste your time with a company who’s owner doesn’t get his hands dirty and will remind you of a used car salesman.
Got jerked around by this guy for two weeks. All we wanted was to get a roofing and siding estimate. He rescheduled 3 times then on the third time he forgot. Then, while he was on his way down tried to reschedule again after he found out we didn’t have a final estimate from our insurance company. I’m a patient person but this guy was such a flake that I could not take it anymore and told him to forget about the job. Unprofessional and unreliable.
I don't know where to begin on how amazing this company is. We were referred by another customer, which is always a good sign. The duplex townhouse we recently bought had a 34 year old roof and desperately needed replacement. Brian, the general manager, was our point of contact. What a sweetheart of a guy!
